Dates/Time:

  • Opening Banquet: August 13 Wednesday, 6pm-8:30pm
  • Closing Banquet: August 16 Saturday, 6:30pm-9pm

Costs: 

  • Your seats at both banquets are covered by registration. 
  • Additional guest: $35/guest per event. 
  • Wine/Beer Voucher: $20/per for both banquets

Important Notes:

1) All types of rooms are only available for check-in ON or AFTER 8/13 Wednesday 12 Noon. Regular check-out day is 8/17 Sunday by 10am. You are required to pay for the entire 4-days stay. (e.g., if you stay for 2 days only, you are still requred to pay the same amount).  

2) Late check-out. If you have to check out on August 18 Monday, an additonal $80 will be collected. No late check out after Monday AM is available. 

3) Lodging costs include breakfast and lunch everyday.  

4) Rooms are in limited quantities and room types are subject to availablity. Please reserve your room as early as you can. We will refund you the difference if your selected room type has to be downgraded.

  • Double Dorm Room - $260 
  • Single Dorm Room - $320
  • Apartment (2-bedroom apt.) - $690 (priority will be given to participants accompanied with family members)

**Although you are paying for all 4 days, please let us know your planned check-in/out dates in the fields below. 

If you need to check out on August 18 Monday, please check this box and you will be charge additional $80.

$260 will be deducted from your total payment if you were offered lodging waiver.

  • Registration - Partial Waiver is $200 ($350 off regular)
  • Registration - Full Waiver is $0 ($550 off regular)
