Clear Your Cache
If a document on our website has been updated and your browser's cache has an old version of the document then your browser will not download the new version. This is very confusing and insidious. You may not see the most current version of NMC documents if you don't clear your cache before downloading from the site. This document explains how to 'clear your cache' (mac) / 'remove temporary files' (pc).
Clearing your browser history or refreshing a web page is not equivalent to clearing the cache of files your browser has stored on your computer.
PC
Internet Explorer. From the Tools menu select Internet Options. In the General tab look for something along the lines of Delete Temporary Files
Netscape
Mac
Firefox. From the tools menu, select clear private data. All you need to select is cache to solve this problem. Clearing other data may inconvenience you and does not effect this issue.
Safari. In the Safari menu, select empty cache.
