USRC Student Spotlight: Rollins College Summer Student Alexandra DeLucia

USRC LANL summer intern, Alexandra DeLucia, spent the summer of 2017 working with Lissa Baseman at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). DeLucia worked on machine learning and anomaly detection.

At LANL, Delucia did research on machine learning and anomaly detection, and applying those skills to automate error detection in high performance computers. Delucia says, “Rollins College courses and professors taught me the skills I need to be successful here at the lab! My next step is to either continue my research for an honor's thesis and possibly return to the lab after I graduate for a post-bacc.”

She was featured also on the Rollinscollege Instagram.
