Presentation Information

Preparing a keynote talk

Keynote talks are limited to 40 (35+5) minutes each, including time for questions and answers. If you use all 40 minutes for your presentation, the session chair will not entertain questions from the audience. You are advised to bring your own laptop for presentation purposes. However, a shared laptop will be available to use, if needed. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session in which you will be talking to setup for your talk. The session chair and conference support staff will be available to help with setup.

Preparing an invited talk

Invited talks are limited to 30 (25+5) minutes each, including time for questions and answers. If you use all 30 minutes for your presentation, the session chair will not entertain questions from the audience. You are advised to bring your own laptop for presentation purposes. However, a shared laptop will be available to use, if needed. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session in which you will be talking to setup for your talk. The session chair and conference support staff will be available to help with setup.

Preparing a contributed talk

Contributed talks are limited 20 (15+5) minutes each, including time for questions and answers. If you use all 20 minutes for your talk, the session chair will not entertain questions from the audience. You are advised to bring your own laptop for presentation purposes. However, a shared laptop will be available to use, if needed. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session in which you will be talking to setup for your talk. The session chair and conference support staff will be available to help with setup.

Preparing a poster presentation

If you are making a poster presentation, please adhere to the following instructions:

  • Find your poster number in the LIST OF POSTERS (available soon)
  • You will be able to set up your poster in the appropriate poster room no later than 6 PM on 4/13 (Monday). Please find the poster board with the appropriate poster number.
  • Poster boards are 4 feet tall by 8 feet wide and double sided. We require all posters are no larger than 46X46 inches in order to fit in 2 posters on one side.

Poster session is scheduled from 7pm-9pm on April 13 (Mon.). Poster presenters are expected to be at their posters from 7pm to 9pm on April 13 (Mon.)

All posters should stay through April 15 (Wed.) morning for informal reviewing. Please take your poster down between 9-10 am on April 15 (Wed.).

We invite you to join us for the Sunday Welcome Reception (4/12/15)  and Wednesday Dinner Banquet (4/15/15).

Your registration fee covers one seat at both events. Reservations for both events through registration form are required. 

Sunday reception is free for guests.

If you want to bring any guests to Wed. Banquet, please reserve seats and pay for your guests right now.  

Cost is $55 per guest. By choosing the number of guests below, you will be asked to make the payment along with your registration fee.
