OpenModel Graduate Student Internship

Starts January 31 or later. The OpenModel projects is an a open-source repository of data for modeling global energy systems. The project, led by Dr. Rajan Gupta, collects, collates and organizes information on existing energy infrastructure and resources. The integrated data set can be analyzed with software tools like Google, Google Earth and Wikipedia or by privately developed tools. The goal is to use Open Models to understand the current energy systems on a global level. This internship is intended for a student who can integrate this project into their research program.
