The NMC offers expertise and assistance in organizing conferences, workshops, summer schools, and symposia in Los Alamos, Santa Fe and Albuquerque. We offer flexibility with costs based upon specific services. The NMC offers these event services to NMC scientists and to our partner institutions. These services include:
- Select and contract with the venue
- Hotel accommodations
- Coordinate food service
- Websites (registration, abstracts, secure payments)
- Audio/Visual coordination
- Financial administration
- Communications and advertising
- Design and printing of program and badges
- On-site support
