  • MTA Acknowledgement:
    • The Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) is needed when temporarily transferring research and testing material (MATERIAL) to collaborators. The MTA Agreement should be completed by the researcher transfering materials and the MTA Acknowledgement should be signed by the Recipient.
