New Mexico Consortium to Participate in Los Alamos Spring Job Fair

The New Mexico Consortium (NMC) will be participating in the upcoming Los Alamos Spring Job Fair on Thursday, April 13. The event was originally scheduled for March 13 but was postponed due to severe winter weather and has now been rescheduled for April.

The Job Fair provides an excellent opportunity for job seekers to connect directly with employers from across Northern New Mexico. Participation will be capped at 60 businesses and organizations, and all participating employers are actively hiring for a variety of positions. Whether you are looking for a full-time career, a summer job, an internship, or a new professional opportunity, the Job Fair offers a chance to learn about available openings and meet potential employers face-to-face.

The New Mexico Consortium is currently recruiting for several positions, including full-time summer student opportunities and a Postdoctoral Research Associate position in Computational Space Physics. Additional opportunities may also be available. NMC staff will be on hand to answer questions about current openings, research programs, and career opportunities within the organization.

In addition to NMC, a wide range of local businesses, government agencies, and organizations will be participating in the event. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore careers in science, technology, healthcare, education, manufacturing, hospitality, and many other fields. Representatives from participating organizations will be available to discuss employment opportunities, career paths, and qualifications for open positions.

Anyone currently searching for a job—or considering a career change—is encouraged to attend. Even if you are not actively seeking employment, the Job Fair is a great opportunity to gather information, network with employers, and learn more about the diverse career opportunities available in the region.
