For FY25, the NMC is sending funds to the following projects:
- Abdelkef Abdessattar, of New Mexico State University; project entitled Multiphysics analysis and uncertainty quantification of mechanical responses in micro-reactors.
- Fernando Moreu, of the University of New Mexico; project entitled Effective Structural Health Monitoring of Rotating Propellers using Asynchronous Neuromorphic Tracking.
- William Ampomah, of New Mexico Tech; project entitled Integrated Hydrodynamic and Geochemical Assessment for Sustainable Underground Hydrogen Storage.
- Sakineh Chabi, of the University of New Mexico; project entitled Developing Low Dimensional Silicon Carbide for Quantum Photonics.
The NMC is proud to be a component in increasing collaborations between LANL and the research Universities in New Mexico.
